Elecciones en Nuevo León podrían cancelarse por creciente número de contagios de COVID-19

A cinco meses de los comicios “más grandes de la historia”, catalogados así por el Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE), el estado de Nuevo León podría suspender el proceso electoral ante el creciente número de casos positivos de COVID-19. El secretario de salud de la entidad, Manuel de la O Cavazos, aseguró que el Consejo de Seguridad en Salud cuenta con la capacidad de determinar la viabilidad de las elecciones.

“Si la situación epidemiológica no mejora y se nos incrementan los contagios, las hospitalizaciones y se satura el sistema hospitalario, claro que vamos a suspender las elecciones del 6 de junio”, declaró el secretario en la más reciente actualización de la situación epidemiológica del estado.

Con la finalidad de garantizar la reactivación de las actividades de manera segura, las autoridades sanitarias de Nuevo León establecieron una serie de 10 indicadores a través de los cuales se determina la situación de riesgo. Del total, seis de los indicadores se ubican en color rojo.

De esa forma, las cifras de ocupación hospitalaria de camas generales, así como de terapia intensiva, para pacientes de COVID-19, el promedio de casos en los últimos 14 días, la comparación de neumonías con respecto a la misma semana del año anterior, el porcentaje de pruebas positivas, y el promedio de defunciones ocasionadas por el virus SARS-CoV-2, se ubicaron en riesgo máximo.

Por otro lado, en color verde figuró la capacidad para la realización de pruebas diarias para detección, el comparativo del número de enfermedades con respecto a la misma semana del año pasado y el promedio de pruebas diarias realizadas. La tasa de transmisión, por su parte, se ubicó en color amarillo, es decir, en la categoría de riesgo intermedio.

De acuerdo con el semáforo de riesgo epidemiológico vigente, Nuevo León es una de las entidades en color naranja, aunque las autoridades locales han reportado el incremento de las hospitalizaciones y número de casos positivos en las últimas semanas. Ante el panorama, Manuel de la O recordó que el Consejo de Seguridad de Salud:

“Puede tomar esa decisión para posponer o suspender las elecciones para otra fecha cuando las condiciones sanitarias sean más apropiadas”, además hizo referencia a una llamada con la delegada regional del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social, Karla López López, dondela doctora reportó la ocupación del 94% en los hospitales de Nuevo León.

    پودر، کاشت ناخن با ژل، و کاشت ناخن با قالب را تشریح و مقایسه
    می‌کنیم.

    کاشت قالب
    در این نوع از کاشت مواد را
    داخل قالب ناخن مصنوعی می‌گذارند تا شکل آن را به خود بگیرد.
    ابتدا مواد ضد قارچ را روی ناخن می‌زنند و
    بعد قالب را روی ناخن فشار می‌دهند تا مواد روی ناخن خشک شود بعد از چند دقیقه ناخن مصنوعی را برمی‌دارند.
    در این نوع کاشت دیگر سوهان‌کشی نمی‌شود و از چسب ناخن
    هم استفاده نمی‌شود این نوع کاشت راحت‌ترین نوع کاشت و
    در عین حال بی‌کیفیت‌ترین است.

    در این نوع کاشت به دلیل اینکه عمل سوهان‌کشی انجام نمی‌شود بعد از مدت کوتاهی به‌اصطلاح ناخن هوا می‌گیرد و جمع شدن هوا زیر ناخن کاشت یکی از مهم‌ترین دلایل برای به وجود آمدن قارچ است.
    در این نوع کاشت باید مراقب بود تا ناخن‌ها
    کمترین تماس را با آب داشته باشند.

    کاشت قالب به چه کسانی توصیه می‌شود؟
    معمولا کاشت قالب به افرادی که زمان کمتری برای رسیدگی به ناخن‌های‌شان دارند توصیه می‌شود.
    ازآنجا که در این نوع کاشت باید کمترین تماس را با آب داشت، خانه‌دار‌ها از انتخاب این
    نوع کاشت پرهیز کنند. این نوع کاشت زمان
    کمتری نیاز دارد، به سوهان‌کشی نیاز
    ندارد و نظم بسیار خوبی بین کاشت ۱۰ انگشت ایجاد می‌کند.

    کاشت قالب برای چه کسانی مناسب نیست!

    این نوع کاشت به افرادی که ناخن‌های پراکنده و یک شکل ندارند اصلا توصیه نمی‌شود.
    به دلیل قالبی بودن این نوع کاشت باید تمام ناخن‌های دو دست یک شکل باشند در غیر این‌صورت کاشت به
    شکل مرتبی انجام نخواهد شد.
    به دلیل ضخیم بودن کاشت، کار از حالت طبیعی خود خارج می‌شود.
    این نوع کاشت را می‌توان روی انگشت‌های استاندارد کار کرد.

    نکته مهم این است که احتمال
    هوا گرفتن این کاشت بیشتر است. ماندگاری کمتری دارد و در مقایسه با روش‌های دیگر مواد بیشتر مصرف می‌شود.

    کاشت ناخن با پودر
    در کاشت اولیه تیپ یا همان ناخن مصنوعی از
    نیمه ناخن با چسب ناخن چسبانده می‌شود و
    تا اندازه دلخواه کوتاه می‌شود.

    روی ناخن مواد ضد قارچ را می‌زنند، بعد پودر کاشت که
    همان مواد دندانپزشکی است روی ناخن زده و در امتداد قالب کار
    می‌کنند و بعد از آن با سوهان برقی به ناخن شکل می‌دهند.

    بهترین نوع کاشت همین نوع پودری
    است. برای این نوع کاشت زمانی بیشتر
    و سوهان‌کشی دقیق و حرفه‌ای جهت یکسان بودن ۱۰ انگشت
    نیاز است.
